• Maintain legal work authorization if engaging in paid modeling work

4. Model Representation Agreement

Models represented by Luxurious Secret Affair agree to:

• Exclusivity: Grant exclusive representation rights within agreed territories and categories
• Commission: Pay agreed commission rates (typically 20-30%) on all bookings obtained through the agency
• Professionalism: Maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and appearance standards
• Availability: Communicate availability and accept or decline bookings promptly
• Portfolio Usage: Grant the agency rights to use portfolio images for promotional purposes
• Contract Duration: Representation contracts typically run for 1-3 years with renewal options

5. Client Booking Terms

Clients booking models through our agency agree to:

• Booking Fees: Pay agreed rates plus applicable taxes and expenses
• Payment Terms: Payment due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 48 hours of booking may incur fees (see Refund Policy)
• Usage Rights: Specify intended image usage and obtain appropriate releases
• Professional Treatment: Provide safe, professional working environments
• Expenses: Cover reasonable travel, accommodation, and meal expenses as agreed

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, images, and photographs
• Website design and layout
• Software and functionality
• Trademarks and brand elements

Are owned by Luxurious Secret Affair or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Model Portfolio Submissions

By submitting portfolio materials, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive license to use submitted images for evaluation and representation purposes
• Represent that you own all rights to submitted materials or have obtained necessary permissions
• Warrant that materials do not infringe on third-party rights
• Understand that submissions do not guarantee representation
• Accept that we may retain submissions for future consideration

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Payment and Financial Terms

Commission Structure:

• Standard agency commission: 20% for established models, 30% for new models
• Commission applied to gross booking fees before expenses
• Payment processed within 30 days of client payment receipt

Payment Methods:

• Bank transfer (preferred method)
• Credit/debit card payments
• PayPal or other approved payment processors

Late Payments: Overdue payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Client cancellations more than 7 days before booking: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations 3-7 days before booking: 50% refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours: No refund
• Model cancellations may result in contract penalties

11. Liability and Disclaimers

Service Disclaimer: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Specific booking quantities or income levels for models
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results or outcomes

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxurious Secret Affair shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxurious Secret Affair, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your use of our services

• Financial terms and arrangements

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the relationship.

14. Termination

• For non-payment of fees
• At our discretion with appropriate notice

Models may terminate representation agreements per contract terms, typically with 30-90 days written notice.

15. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in courts of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property or confidentiality breaches.

16. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Government actions or regulations
• Strikes or labor disputes
• Failures of telecommunications or internet services

17. Photography and Image Rights

Model Release: Models grant clients specified usage rights per signed model releases.

Portfolio Rights: Agency may use model images for promotional purposes including website, social media, and marketing materials.

Image Approval: Models have reasonable approval rights for portfolio image selection and usage.

18. Health and Safety

All parties commit to:

• Maintaining safe working environments
• Complying with health and safety regulations
• Reporting unsafe conditions or incidents
• Providing appropriate facilities and accommodations

19. Anti-Discrimination Policy

Luxurious Secret Affair is committed to equal opportunity and prohibits discrimination based on:

• Race, ethnicity, or national origin
• Gender or gender identity
• Age (within legal working parameters)
• Religion or beliefs
• Disability or medical conditions

20. Data Protection and Privacy
